Unfortunately i do not speak Russian & cannot understand a word of what is wrote but i have enjoyed looking at the pictures on your site.
I would like a little information if anyone can help me.
I was wondering what the position of registering Jack Russell Terriers is in Russia? do your imports have to have a full 3 generation pedigree to be imported or do you have a special register in Russia for dogs who have yet to gain a 3 generation pedigree?
Is your register a closed or open one wherby a dog can be assessed at a show & then registered in your club?
My reasons for asking is that a gentelman in russia has enquired about a male & i want to make sure things go smoothly.

Для ввозимых в Россию Расссел терьеров не обязательно иметь три поколения родословной предков. Для таких собак есть специальный регистр.
Регистр будет открыт для такой собаки после прохождения двух показов. Графы её отца и матери и далее в итоге останутся пустыми в родословной РКФ.
Собаки из питомников Великобритании, не членов The Kennel Club, будут проходить два показа и регистр - это касается всех коротконогих (до 12 дюймов) Джек Рассел терьеров, поскольку РКФ-FCI признаёт родословные только The Kennel Club.
Джек Рассел терьер с регистровой родословной до 2010 года в России имеет все права, даже стать национальным Чемпионом.

Если вы даёте щенку родословную Irish Kennel Club, то три генерации предыдущих поколений ОЧЕНЬ желательны в России. Ирландcкий Джек Рассел терьер (345) accepted, recognised for FCI.

Анжела, для справки: ввоз в Россию непривитых от бешенства щенков возрастом до 3 месяцев разрешён. No problem!

Please, find below translation of the answer of the Administrator of this site:
For the imported to Russia Russell Terriers it is not nessesary to have 3 generation pedigree. For dogs with less than 3 generations there is a special register. This register can be opened for the dog after 2 shows. In his/her RKF (Russian Kinological Federation, member of FCI) pedigree, lines of sire and dam will not be filled.
Dogs from Great Britain kennels, which are not members of The Kennel Club, have to be assessed at 2 shows and will be included in the register - this is actually true for all Jack Russells Terriers (under 12 inches) as RKF-FCI accepts pedigrees only of The Kennel Club.
In Russia untill 2010 Jack Russell Terriers with register pedigree have equal rights with dogs with 3 generation pedigree, and they even may have a title of National Champion.

But if your dogs have pedigree of Irish Kennel Club, 3 generations would be VERY MUCH desireble in Russa. Irish Jack Russell Terrier (345) is accepted, recognised by FCI.

Angella, just for your information: it is allowed to import to Russia puppies under 3 months without vaccination against rubies. No problem!

All this information is about RKF, which is member of FCI. They have official web page www.rkf.org.ru, also available in English.

In Russia there is also other Kinological association (member of IKU, International Kennel Union, they do not belong to the FCI network). Their webpage is http://www.iku.ru/ and email is iku@iku.ru, rkk@mail.ru. Unfortunately, I do not know their rules.

I enjoyed a lot photos at your webpage, and now I see that your kennel belongs to the FCI and Irish Kennel Club.

И про ваш комментарий - питомник Анжелы работает в системе FCI ? Там ещё есть эмблема, непонятная для меня с аббревиатурой евро-секции FCI, но с разночтением во втором слове в одной букве. Ссылку на эту организацию я в линках её сайта не нашёл.

Thank you for the warm welcome and for the information which is very gladly received. I have a translator software but do not trust in what it translates my sisters friend Veronika is from Russia but she is on holiday right now so cannot help me either but thank you for being patient with me.
Yes we are based in England with 100% english bred dogs but they are all registered in the Irish Kennel Club as sadly Englands KC does not recognise the breed JRT seperately from the PRT. We were invited to Ireland to register our dogs.
We fully support the Irish Kennel Clubs aims & abide by their rules.
In Ireland they too have a special register which is called' Interim' and all dogs had to be assessed by 3 judges at 1 year old or over at a FCI show to see if they fit the breed standard and only then if they pass are they accepted onto the IKC breed register, we have to progress to 4 generations before being issued export pedigrees or compete for the title of Irish Champion, this part i do feel is unfair as most other FCI countries allow both the special/interim dogs to compete against the full pedigree JRTs and they are allowed to become champions, it's not allowed in Ireland though.

What is the stance on tail docking in your country? i know some are not allowed to import/breed/show dogs with docked tails, here in England our vets are still allowed to dock tails ... for now.
Do any of you breeders have websites for your dogs?

Sorry i forgot to answer your question, but YES Billy is definately a romancer, he likes the ladies already even though he is only approaching 4months old! I hope he grows up well as i do hope to keep him as a stud dog

Будет stance на стыковке кабеля в вашей стране? я знаю некоторым не позволяют импортировать/собаки breed/выставки с состыкованными кабелями, здесь в Англии наши, котор vets все еще позволены состыковать кабели… для теперь.
